Due to the pandemic, Citizens for Better Judges (CBJ) was unable to properly conduct its usual rigorous evaluation and in-person interviews with the 3 judicial candidates for election to Jefferson Family Court, Division 3. This is an essential component of CBJ’s deliberative process and one that is necessary to render the fully informed endorsement of the most qualified candidate required in CBJ’s bylaws. As a result, regrettably, CBJ will not make an endorsement in this judicial race. For your information, attached are the results of the recent Judicial Candidates Poll conducted by the Louisville Bar Association (here).
Looking to the future, please note that virtually every judicial seat in Kentucky will be on the ballot in the year 2022.
